We understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure fairness for all, please review our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:
Advance Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule. This allows us to offer your time slot to someone else.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours may not be accommodated for rescheduling due to short notice.
Missed Sessions: No-shows without prior notice may impact your ability to book future sessions. If an emergency arises, please contact us as soon as possible.
Rescheduling: We’re happy to reschedule your session with at least 24 hours' notice.
Refund Policy: Refunds are not available. However, you can reschedule your session to a later date if you provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Emergency Situations: If an emergency prevents you from attending, inform us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
